Abandoned factory somewhere in Belgium. This factory was found by pure luck, I hadn’t planned to visit it neither did I knew anything about it before founding it. A lucky day I guess…
Don’t get fooled by the name, this factory has nothing to do with ecology. It just gets its name from the green nets of the ceilings preventing the fall of them or the presence of the pigeons. I’m quite sure it was a textile factory, but that’s only a guess, as it was mostly empty. One interesting thing, though, was that in one of the room there was a quite new pump still in function. It was pumping the water to prevent the water to flood the factory, I suppose, but the pump looked very recent and some lights were still on, meaning that someone is still taking care of the place. Hopefully, I didn’t met anyone while exploring the place…
